The Appraisal Advantage is a partnership of Timothy Tolbert and Mitch Bigger. This partnership results in over 50 years of combined real estate and appraisal experience. We are a full service real estate appraisal firm specializing in the appraisals of SFR's, condo's, PUD's, and 2 to 4 family units.

   Areas of Coverage
The Appraisal Advantage covers all of Santa Clara County as well as portions of San Mateo and Alameda Counties.

   Qualifications
Timothy Tolbert and Mitch Bigger are both California State Licensed appraisers. We are both natives to Santa Clara County and have performed thousands of quality appraisals encompassing virtually every neighborhood in the greater Silicon Valley. The Appraisal Advantage is fully EDI capable and can send appraisals over the internet in various popular formats (standard asc-x12, Pinnacle x12-pdf, Lighthouse).
